- · Product warranty and guarantee are subject to the respective product's policy
3. No Cancellation Policy

- · VendorBidz operates on a strict no-cancellation basis
- · Once an order is confirmed after successful auction completion, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
- · Buyers are advised to carefully review all product specifications before confirming an order
- · VendorBidz shall not be held responsible for orders placed incorrectly by the buyer
4. Return Policy
VendorBidz follows a strict limited return policy. Returns will only be accepted under the specified conditions:

- · Product received in damaged condition
- · Product is defective or not functioning
- · Wrong product delivered by Platform
❌ Not Eligible
- · Buyer changed mind / wrong order placed
- · Product no longer needed
- · Used, installed, or tampered products
- · Partial returns without valid reason
5. How to Raise a Return Request
Customers must NOT contact the vendor directly. All return requests must be submitted to VendorBidz within 48 hours of delivery with:
- →Order ID / Auction ID
- →Photographic or video evidence of damage/defect (unboxing video required)
- →Clear description of the issue

6. Return Inspection & Approval
Once the return or query is submitted to VendorBidz, our team will review it based on our fairness policies. We will actively process the return. Approval or rejection will be communicated within 3–5 business days. If approved, VendorBidz will arrange for pickup or return shipping.
7. Refund Policy
- ·Refunds are only processed after the returned product is received and inspected by the vendor
- ·Refund issued via original payment method or platform credit (as applicable)
- ·Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after return approval
- ·Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to vendor fault
- ·VendorBidz ensures fair processing of all applicable refunds according to product policies
- ·Product Availability: If an ordered product becomes unavailable, it may result in a delay, or VendorBidz will issue a full refund to the original payment account
8. Non-Returnable Items
- ·Products with physical damage caused by the buyer after delivery
- ·Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with
- ·Products missing original packaging, accessories, or serial numbers
- ·Custom or specially sourced products ordered as per buyer specifications
- ·Products where the return request was not raised within the stipulated time
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute or query, customers must raise it with VendorBidz support. VendorBidz will actively review the concern based on fairness and our platform policies. VendorBidz's decision in such matters will be considered final and binding to ensure a reliable procurement process.
