5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined by the vendor and depend on product weight, delivery location, and urgency. Shipping fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

VendorBidz will provide comprehensive tracking details once the order is shipped, via Email / SMS or directly through your VendorBidz Dashboard.

7. Product Availability & Delays in Delivery

While we strive for prompt delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to logistics issues or natural disasters. VendorBidz actively monitors all shipments and will proactively assist in resolving any transit delays.

Product Availability: If you purchase a product and it is available, it will be shipped as per the timeline. However, in rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after purchase, it may cause a delay. In such scenarios, we may also issue a full refund to your original payment account.
